Spanish Branch Launch

We launch your Spanish branch with a dedicated 4-person team: a full-time SDR, a Business Development Manager, a Communications Specialist, and an SDR Manager. You train us in your product — we handle prospecting, outreach, and closing deals.
We charge a monthly fee at the start to cover team and setup costs, as sales take time to build. Once sales grow, we transition to a commission-based model.
STAGE 2
Growth & Scale

You only pay on commission – no fixed fees
Once the branch is fully operational and generating sales, we switch to a commission-only model.
We scale the team based on your growth and manage client relationships, inbound leads, and channel expansion.

How much do I need to pay? Is it a fixed fee or commission-based?
We work mostly on commission, but in the launch phase we charge a 3.800 € monthly fee to cover the dedicated team and setup costs. Sales take time to ramp up, but our investment starts from day one. Once the structure is in place and sales grow, we switch to a commission-only model.
Do I have to give exclusivity across Spain?
No, exclusivity is not required. That said, offering exclusivity (even partial) can help attract stronger sales agents and better long-term commitment. We’re flexible and will adapt to your strategy.
Will you build a dedicated database for me? Do you share contacts and research data?
Yes. We share all research, outreach logs, and databases we build for your project. You’ll have full access to the contacts and insights we generate — even if you decide to stop at any point.
What sales channels do you work in? B2B or B2C? What methods do you use?
We work primarily in B2B within the construction industry, but we adapt to your needs — whether direct sales, distribution, or hybrid models. Our outreach combines digital tools, phone, and face-to-face engagement.
Do you do telemarketing or in-person sales?
Both. Your dedicated SDR will handle digital and phone outreach, while our Business Development Manager and agents conduct in-person visits when needed to close deals and grow presence.
Do you manage social media profiles focused on the Spanish market?
Yes. We can manage Spanish-language LinkedIn and social profiles to support your brand locally, or coordinate with your existing team to ensure consistency and visibility.
When do we sign the agreement?
After the free viability study. Once we confirm your product’s fit and you approve the plan, we sign an agreement and move into the launch phase.
Do you provide office space? How does it work?
Yes, if you want, we provide office space in Barcelona — for free.
You can use our facilities as your official local address, meeting hub, or product showroom. It’s a 140 m² office that includes a small warehouse (approx. 1 pallet capacity) for products or marketing materials. We can even display your company signage at the entrance.
Can you create an after-sales service for Spain?
Yes, if post-purchase support can’t be managed from your home country, we can find local companies in Spain to provide this service.
Do you offer a tailored or standard solution?
We co-design the project with you. Almost everything is customizable to your needs and specific goals.
